My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although in need of some serious maintenance, were surprisingly clean and comfortable. The service was generally very good, except for the older manager, Mr Salman, who was a bit lacking. The location was very convenient, close to the metro station and the bustling Karol Bagh market, but the nearby shops could get noisy. The dining options were passable but slightly overpriced. Overall, the hotel offers a decent value for the price paid.

The hotel is located OK, not too far from the airport and other tourist attractions. It's very safe with active police patrolling due to the number of hotels in the area. Perfectly situated near Metro & Karol Baug Markets, making it easy to explore. The bathrooms are clean, and it's convenient to find autos to get around.

My stay at the hotel was just adequate. The rooms were clean, not disturbed by noises, and the bed linens had been changed regularly. The bathroom was clean with hot water showers, free wifi, and satellite TV with English-speaking channels available.
